    XHLC series vertical long shaft pump is a new generation of product developed by our company according to the conveying condition of iron scale water in steel works, fully considering the characteristics of solid-liquid two-phase flow, with the advantages of small floor area, stable operation, small vibration, low noise, long life, easy maintenance, low operating cost and so on. The pump adopts grease - lubricated rolling bearing, without additional cooling water lubrication, saving water resources. Volute structure is adopted for the diameter below 200mm, and space guide vane structure is adopted for the diameter above 200mm. Wear-resistant alloy cast iron or wear-resistant alloy cast steel is used for overcurrent components, and has good wear resistance.

    The pump is widely used in metallurgy, thermal power, mining, chemical industry, papermaking and sewage treatment industries, conveying iron oxide water containing solid particles, acid and alkaline water, oily wastewater, etc.
